Vendors’ marketing options

Suzanne in France charges fees upon the sale of your property which are based on a sliding scale as shown below.  These FEES ARE USUALLY PAID BY THE BUYER (depending on the clause in the Mandat de Vente) on completion of the purchase.

HONORAIRES

Exemple   pour un prix de vente de 75 000€
Sur la part inférieure ou égale   à      30 000€     10%            30 000 x 10% = 3 000€
Sur la part comprise entre 30 001€ et 50 000€       8%            20 000 x   8% = 1 600€
Sur la part comprise entre 50 001€ et 00 000€      7%           25 000   x   7% = 1 750€
Sur la partie supérieure à 100 000€                       6%                            Total   6 350€
(honoraires minimum  4 500€)

 

 

 

 

Our traditional marketing solutions include :

  • Receiving emails and phone calls from French and non-English speaking buyers on your behalf.
  • Advice via email, Skype and telephone throughout the sale of your property.
  • Obtaining and packaging all relevant information from you to give to your Notaire to enable him/her to prepare a Compromis de Vente, with the minimum of delay, once you have found a buyer.
  • Instructing Diagnostic Tests and Septic Tank reports on your behalf.
  • Provision of a translator to accompany you to the Notaire’s office for your completion appointment.
  • Assistance in cancelling and finalising contracts in France ie. EDF, water board, etc.

Standard package – £300.00 or €350.00

Suzanne in France Ltd will

  • Create a tailor made 4 to 5 page website with up to 100 photographs.
  • Buy a domain name and hosting for one year.
  • Carry out a one off SEO (search engine optimisation) to give your property a strong initial impact on the internet, including submitting it to approx. 400 search engines.

Premium package – £600.00 or €690.00

  • All of the Standard Package (as shown above).
  • Creation of an individual e-brochure.
  • 30 printed colour brochures (delivery included).
  • Floor plan (created from submitted sketches and room sizes).
  • Uploading your property details to up to 6 advertising sites – sites to be agreed with client as advertising costs vary and in some cases specialist sites may be beneficial (associated advertising fees will be invoiced to the client before insertion).
  • Preparation and printing of an individual “For Sale” sign.
